Hey There!
So, I baked some cookies last night.
Last
night, I was left alone at home..nothing good on TV so I got bored so I Google
up some recipes and I came across this easy and simple chocolate cookie
recipe. All the ingredients were available in my kitchen especially cocoa
powder yay!! (I rarely have that in stock ;p)
Once
baked, ouuuhhhhhh the smell filled up the kitchen….smelled sooooooo good!! This
is how I imagined my life would be maybe 10-15 years from now where I would
have a couple of kids and a loving husband…..and this smell is the one I wish
them to remember and love the most just like I do…instead of buying them Chipsmore
or any other chocolate cookies in the market which are full of preservatives, I
rather feed them this homemade cookies instead J
Enough
with the imagination.
Okay, back to the cookies…they came out
just fine and taste soooo good! Kudos to the recipe provider!

They are crunchy on the outside &
chewy in the inside. Well my lil sister loves them so do I J This morning I brought some to the office and it
somehow turned a little bit harder but still is chewy. I’m not sure if it’s
supposed to be like this or not but I’ll do some more research on cookie baking. Honestly, I’m not that good with cookies huhu L
