Rose Bouquet Fondant Cupcake

Hye!

This is just a simple cupcake with delicate rose bouquet fondant decoration.
Here goes the recipe :-

For Cake

1 box of cupcake Mix

Just follow the instruction- I MEAN it..follow EXACTLY what are stated there.
(this is the easiest way to make any cake hihi..the trick to have the best, fluffiest cake is your mixing skill, which you have to develop gradually through practice)

For Fondant

I'm using Ready To Roll Fondant.
Now you may find it hard to get any of these in the supermarket, so you have to seek at shops which sell baker's ingredients such as DIY (Jalan Keretapi, Kuching) or Tay Hak Hak (India Street & Rubber Road)

How To:
Decorations

I divide the fondant (just as big as ur punch) into half.
Half - White
Half - Rosy Red
(use ordinary food coloring)

For Base: Rolled out the fondant (powdered rolling surface using cornstarch/powdered sugar to avoid sticking, hence ruining fondant shape). Rolled until slightly thin layer. Cut out using any shaper / glass mouth according to the diameter of your cupcake. Place onto cupcake surface (covering all the way round) then cut off excess. Make it look like this:
See how it covers all the way round? Just trim the excess using ur hand..No biggies.

For Rose Petals: Take small amount of the fondant, rolled it into elongated shape. Then, flatten it, starting from either side-end, rolled inwards. You will see the rose shape start to appear, Done! Make a few and arrange them together. Garnish using preferred sugar decorations and....

VOILA!

 This is the simplest.
Will update you with more recipes after this :)

Stay Tune!
